We work closely with families to ensure each child’s trip to Camp SAY is safe and as enjoyable as possible.
Our amazing campers come from across the country and even abroad! Campers may be dropped off directly at Camp SAY in San Antonio, TX, or a member of our Camp SAY staff will meet your child at a pre-arranged local airport and travel with them directly to camp. A camp staff member will be at the arrival gate to welcome your child and will escort them to the departure gate for their flight home, offering full assistance with baggage claim (and check-in for return flights).
Your child will be accompanied and taken care of from the moment they step off the plane until the moment their return flight departs.
All Travel expenses (air/train/bus or other travel) are not included in Camp SAY tuition. However, Arrival day/Departure day local travel – chartered Motor Coach or van travel between a San Antonio-area airport and Camp SAY – IS included.
As part of our Sliding Scale Tuition Program, Camp SAY offers Sliding Scale Travel that can help families offset travel costs to Camp SAY. We are dedicated to removing ANY financial barrier to attendance – including both tuition and travel support – so each child who wishes to attend Camp SAY may do so.
